1. Refund Eligibility


We only offer refunds in special cases, such as:

  • Product is out of stock after payment
  • Duplicate payment due to technical issue


In general, we do NOT offer refunds for:


  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike
  • Color variations
  • Minor size differences
  • Wrong order placed by customer


2. Replacement Instead of Refund


If you receive:


  • Wrong item
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect size

We offer replacement, not cash refund.


3. Conditions for Replacement


  • Must contact us within 24 hours
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • You must share clear photos/video proof
  • All tags must be intact


4. When Refunds Are Applicable


Refund is only processed if:


  • We are unable to replace the product
  • You paid and the product is unavailable
  • We agree on a special case after review
